What is Business nbn® Enterprise Ethernet?
Business nbn® Enterprise Ethernet supports speeds of close to 1Gbps and, best of all, the fibre connection is dedicated to your business. This means you don’t share your connection with others.
High speed
Supports speeds close to 1Gbps with a dedicated fibre connection, ensuring uncompromised productivity even during peak usage periods.
Multipurpose usage
Ideal for running:
- collaboration tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams,
- IP Voice and HD video conferencing,
- uploading/downloading large files,
- cloud backup and storage, and
- multi-site operations.
Self-service portal
The Frontier portal allows you to track your order status, raise and track fault tickets, make changes to your existing configuration, and order additional data, internet or voice products.
Smart Network Termination Unit
As a TPG Telecom customer, you’ll receive a unit to help optimise your bandwidth use. It supports up to four products, allowing you to dedicate all your bandwidth to a single service or split it across multiple services.
Wireless back-up and fast turn-up
Available as an optional capability in 5G and 4G coverage areas, it requires a successful service qualification check and TPG Telecom-supplied Customer Premise Equipment (CPE). Charges apply for CPE, and Fast Turn-up charges apply until the service is activated.
