We are leveraging TPG, Vodafone and iiNet to create a consistency across our whole range of business telecommunications solutions

What does the rebranding mean for my business?

You will still have access to our full range of Telecommunications products including – mobile, data, internet, voice and cloud as well as benefiting from our partnerships with other IT brands.

What is happening to iiNet/TPG/Vodafone/Internode?

iiNet, TPG, Vodafone, and Internode will continue to power our mobile, fixed, managed services, technology, and other solutions. However, in the enterprise, business, and government sectors we now operate under the consolidated brand of TPG Telecom.

Will this change affect my service?

No. This change will have no effect on your service, no action is required from you – this serves as an FYI.

What is happening to my bill?

For the moment your bill will not change. However over the next year we plan to migrate all billing to reflect the TPG Telecom logo, when we plan to make this change you will be informed.

If I require support, have the numbers changed?

No. Nothing is changing to our systems for the time being. If there are any changes in the future this will be communicated

Will I see more changes throughout 2022?

Yes, over time we will be gradually changing branding across all platforms and customer-facing material – Keep an eye out for articles and PR announcements.
